|Jason has dedicated the last 15 years to helping people become the best versions of themselves. Upon graduation from the University of Connecticut, Jason worked for both the YMCA and Aetna’s corporate fitness program. Shortly after leaving the corporate world, he spent 4 years in a sports medicine clinic, helping patients rehabilitate from injuries. During this time, Jason quickly identified the need to bridge the gap between physical therapy and a more structured, safe and effective fitness program.
After his 4 year stint in sports medicine, Jason created what is now Envision Strength Fitness where he helps other to look their best, feel their best and be their best while reducing their risk for injury!! Jason not only works with people to change their body, but he helps others overcome the metal/emotional obstacles that hinder people from making lasting healthy lifestyle changes.
Jason is always in search of ways to master his craft and improve daily. Most recently, he completed his studies in the area of Wellness Coaching and plans on using his new skills to help others become the best versions of themselves. Jason is married to his wife Becky. They have 2 children and reside in Collinsville, Connecticut.
