In our small group fitness coaching you will be provided with an individualized fitness program to address your fitness goals and needs. Each intimate group of (2-4 people) meets in a supportive team lead by a highly qualified and motivating fitness coach!! With this group training option, you have the added benefit of group accountability and support which is so key to your long term fitness success!
