Our express one-on-one training will give you the personal attention you are looking for! This training option is great if you are coming off an injury and need more personal attention. It’s also great if you are time pressed (session are 30min in duration) and want a shorter but intense workout!! We can also reduce the intensity for beginner clients that need to ease into their fitness program. We will customize any program to meet your personal goals, needs or limitations.
