Yes...this guy is great. On days when I think I can't do it (whatever "it" is), I think of this guy and I know it can be done. Attitude is half the battle and the other half is seeking supports from people that can help you get to the place(s) you want to be.

Thank you Jean for your comment. Since I know you personally, I am aware that you are now at a maintenance phase with respect to you weight, but now you need to work at building more muscle structure and strength. That's were a properly designed and implemented program will help you reach your next goal. When you come in for your next session, I will sit down with you and explain what needs to be done, next, in order for you to reach your goal of gaining more muscle weight.

Jason, this is good advice about the scale. I try to limit myself to once per week. Day-to-day weigh-ins show too much variation. What should we know about gaining muscle weight as we exercise more?

Jason, This is a great reminder for us all to keep a good balance. Success means maintaining both a nutrition and an exercise plan. Thanks.

The video clip is absolutely amazing! This man DARES to accomplish things that I would not even WITH my legs!
Attitude is everything. If you set your mind to something in a positive way, you'd be amazed at what you can accomplish. Speaking from my own experience, I have far greater success in my workout if I pump myself up prior to coming in to workout. You have to have a mental picture of your goal. It makes all the difference.
